Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Order

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an online order, you have the right to do so from the time you place the order until fourteen (14) days from the day you receive it. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2019. 

If your order is in the delivery process or you have already received it then you have to pay the delivery costs of returning the products. All products must be returned in their original package, notably with respect to their packaging, accessories and manuals and in good working condition. If any product had been damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted and thus no refund will be made.

Once your order is returned, we will refund you within a reasonable period of time. Your refund will be credited to your original payment card.

Defective product. 

If you have received a defective product, simply contact us by emailing us at customercare@bloomcy.com  along with photographic material showing us the problem. In this case we will either refund you or replace the defective product.


Complaints

If we do not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer it to an alternative complaints body which is competent to deal with consumer complaints. Alternatively, you can use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) site which is an online, interactive portal for consumer complaints relating to online purchases, which can be accessed via: https://ec.europa.eu.odr/
